The course is for beginners, who need an introduction to a Samadhi practice based on a technique of reciting in mind ‘Buddho’ together with concentrating on breaths. The practice has for generations been handed down in Thai society. Thai forest monks have mostly gotten familiar with it, because it is a best way to create a mind power for safety and mental strength in dwelling in a dangerous forest. Today, lay people are busied with daily jobs, the practice has been applied for them and now, to increasing practitioners, known as ‘easy but beneficial’. On this occasion, you are invited to attend the course, lasting 3 days and without any charges except 200 baht for fee only.
