CT LOWER ABDOMEN
History : Abdominal pain Rule out pelvic mass
Techinque : Plain and post contrast axial CT were performed slice thickness and interval are 5-10 mm.
Finidngs : The study reveal dilated small bowel loops disproportionated to collapsed large bowel loops. pelvis fat stranding with radiating of mesentery at mid lower abdomen are seen there findings are suggestive of small bowel obstruction , probably due to pelvic adhesion. No pelvic mass in seen uterus and both adnexa are unremarkable. Mild prominent size of cervic , please ,correlate ,with pelvic examination. The visualized liver, gallbladder, spleen, both kidney bladder are unremarkable. Minimal ascites is noted
Impression: suggestive of small bowel obstruction , probably due to pelvic adhesion . No
Pelvic mass : Prominent size of uterine cervix, please correlate with pelvic examination
