Primary Objectives of the job
Drive wealth sales through distribution partners who are banks, brokers and IFCs
Develop strategy /activitiy planing and implement to retails / wholesale partners.
Ensure partnership business is properly conducted and complied by regulators.
Job Responsibilities
Understand the Manulife group business and provide sales & marketing activities for assigned distribution to meet department's objectives
Drive sales through 3rd-party distributor to expand business scales to meet both gross sales and AUM target
Conduct sales and marketing activities to existing retail/wholesale partners and seek opportunities to approach new partners for distribution expansion
Build and maintain a tight relationship with retail and wholesale partners
Provide regular update on market & "investment strategy" to partners and offer suitable products pitch to new and existing retails/wholesale partners
Conduct sales and product update training session to partners on regular basis or based upon calls
Regularly measure partners' performance and identify gap needs to improve partnership business and proposed action plans to direct supervisor
Coordinate with internal/external and local/regional business stakeholders to run daily business smoothly
Ensure responsible partners to perform business with compliance and regulator complied.
Perform other adhoc or special assignments assigned by senior management
Qualifications
Master's in business/economics/finance/any business related field
At least 5 years of financial retails/wholesales service experience
Well understanding in Wealth and/or Mutual Fund industry
Having in-depth knowledge in wealth sales and product
Single license holder is a must / other certified licenses is a plus
Competencies
Good presentation, communication & interpersonal "SALES & RM" skills
Ability to perform sales function for both retails and wholesales business.
Ability to analyze and conduct market updates with investment "strategy"
High level of service-mind and strong relationship management (RM) skill
Moderate-"High" (preferable) level of English competencies
