n order has been marked as a “Draft”, and won't be fulfilled until you've dealt with it.
You have 2 options to resolve this matter:
1. Sync the product in question. That means uploading the printfile and choosing the variants. In the future, when this product is ordered, it will be fulfilled automatically.
2. “Ignore” the product. You can choose to ignore it just the one time, ignore that specific variant every time, or the entire product every time. You can manage your “ignored” products at any time by going to Stores → Sync.
Why are you receiving this notification?
Because “import unsyced items” is enabled in your store's settings under “Orders”. That means that every time an order comes in with an unsynced item, you'll receive this notification. You can unsubscribe from these notifications in your settings.
