Refer to pervious 2015; delay of CO to many destination was resulted into a lot of customer complaint. Some destination there are only 3 days after shipment arrived, delay of CO incurred an extra cost from customer.
I checked back our record and found that many problem during that time, Chamber of Commerce long queue, Yusen internal employee change many time, many public holiday during top of April & Songkarn day.
Please find attached customer complaint which they would like to issue us Debit Note for the extra cost incur which they claim that it raised due to the delay of CO. Please check and feedback how you will handle with this situation and future preventive action.
