Subject: Overdue Water Bills
It is the responsibility of the OWNER to make sure water bills are paid in a timely manner and cleared as tenants move in and out after completion of rental agreements.
To all owners: Please make sure your Water bills are paid and clear. If you have had tenants in the past that have left without paying their water it is your responsibility not SCR's.
To all tenants: Please check with the level 2 office to make sure your unit is clear of all water bills from the past.
ALL UNITS THAT HAVE OUTSTANDING WATER BILLS OVER 3 MONTHS WILL HAVE WATER SERVICES CUT OFF - WE WILL BEGIN TURNING OFF WATER SERVICES NOVEMBER 11TH, 2015.
