Cluster analysis of different honeys (Figs. 5 and 6) showed that in both cases the closest were lime and rape honeys followed by raspberry honey, and finally floral honey. The other group was formed by mixture and honeydew honeys. The most outlying and different are floral honeys and honeydew honeys. Likewise Sanz, Gonzalez, de Lorenzo, Sanz, and Martı´nez-Castro (2005) determined differentiation between nectar honey and honeydew honey in certain antioxidant phenolic components. These variations should be considered in using honey as a source of natural dietary antioxidants (Baltrusˇaityt _e et al., 2007).
