Think of this as your internal CRM tool (customer relationship management). Here you will see all of your patrons categorized by the reward tier they chose. You have access to their email address, mailing address (if they chose to provide), pledge amount, lifetime pledge amount, their patron start date, as well as the ability to send messages.
You'll also have the ability to select your paid posts and see which patrons were successfully processed or declined. You'll see the total amount that was pledged for a creation and the total amount that was processed.
Your patron manager is where all of your patron data lives. We're going to be improving this in the coming months and providing you with more data and analytics on your patrons!
