Most of the consumers were female (68.9%). Their ages were
between 18 and 25 years (54.3%), between 26 and 35 years (37.1%),
between 36 and 45 years (0.9%), between 46 and 50 years (1.7%)
and greater than 50 years (6.0%). Table 3 presents the results of the
sensory analysis of the loaves that were developed using chia
materials.
