The staff didn't give me all information, so when I finish every step I need to call to call center again for the next step I should do. Is it should be this way? I think you should provide enough and clear information. It's much more better when I don't have to call you again and again for some little thing e.g. Sending me an email to tell me that I have to pay money for returning stuff but don't tell me that where or how I can pay.
