come in & diagnose where we are at today. A small number of our people will be heavily involved over the next 2 months providing information or being interviewed directly by that team.
You also have a very important role to play. Next week, those employed within Core Appliances, will receive an invitation to complete an online survey about working at Fisher & Paykel. The Organisational Health Index (OHI) is a survey of approximately 100 questions critical to diagnosing our current strengths and development needs in terms of leadership, direction, values, mindsets, management execution, innovation, and external orientation.
This survey supports the work we are undertaking with our external partners. The OHI Survey has been used by 1,500 companies and has been completed by 1.6 million employees globally. The survey will gives us a broad assessment of the way we organise & complete our important work. It will give us meaningful feedback of our strengths and what we need to do to continue to stand out as a leading innovator in our industry.
Your participation in the survey is key. You will helping us to identify changes we should consider in order to ensure we achieve our objective of being the #1 leading premium appliance manufacturer.
All responses will be treated with absolute confidentiality. They will be compiled into a database and business unit and functional trends will be identified. No information will be attributable to individuals – in order for results to be reported back for a group, more than 10 respondents will need to have completed the survey.
I realise everyone is busy maintaining our focus on delivering our business plans, however I see your feedback as vital to shaping the way forward. When you receive your invitation please take the time as soon as possible to complete the survey. For those who are working in roles without email, we will provide access either electronically or in paper form.
If you have any questions about the survey, or indeed any question about the external engagement, we are embarking upon, please speak to your senior leader or HR contact.
