Analysis of variance was performed on all variables measured using
the statistical software of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences
(SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL. version 19). The effect of tomato pomace on the
physiochemical composition, color, texture and acceptability was
carried out by analysis of variance, using one-way ANOVA procedure.
In addition, the statistical significance of differences between mean
values was analyzed by using the Duncan's multiple range test
(p b 0.05).
