There are potential information security risks noticed at our office and therefore would like that all employees of DF/PD please take note and follow the below guidelines.
This is important as information security is our own responsibility and vital for our business operations.

Guidelines:
1. 1. All doors must be securely closed and access controlled. Any issues must be reported to me/K. Wanna to centrally coordinate with SRE.

3. 2. Any visitors/outsiders (Non-Siemens visitors) need to use only the area outside our operating staff area; meaning; coffee room and common area, meeting room 2 and 1.
• If the area is busy; please seek approval from management if you would like to utilize any area within operating staff area.
• The relevant employee shall be responsible to ensure that the visitor has only very restricted access to our office/operating area.
• Also the responsibility of the relevant employee that All non-Siemens visitors need to wear the visitor card so that it is clearly visible.
3. Any Siemens employees (non-DF/PD TH staff) that need to enter our operating staff area; will be under the responsibility of the relevant DF/PD staff.
Herein also the employee shall be responsible that the visitor access is restricted only to the employee’s operating area.
4. Any Siemens employees (from HQ or regions) visiting DF/PD staff – the management need to be informed in advance on the agenda and time period.
It is also the responsibility of the relevant employee that All Siemens employees (from HQ or regions) visitors need to wear the visitor card so that it is clearly visible
