This paper starts from the complex interactions between
group elements of the information system, defines a general
entropy to represent the complex nonlinear dynamics of open
systems to unify a variety of information flow and the driving
force in the information system, and points out that law of the
evolution and development of information system is the
maximum generalized entropy principle (MGEP). Based on the
above analysis, we establish the method for nonlinear dynamic
equations and numerical simulation of the development of the
information system. Through the simulation and analysis of
Chinese Internet information system, we corroborate the
theory. Thus, we form a new paradigm of information system
with organization, structure and entropy as the core, which is of
great significance both theoretical and practical.
