tea (Fig. 2a, Table 1). The antioxidant activity decreased as
follows:α-tocopherol > extract of Se-enriched green tea >
extract of regular green tea. The results coincided with our
previous conclusion that the antioxidant activities of water
extract from Se-enriched green tea was significantly higher
than that of regular green tea harvested in early spring and
summer tea producing season [11, 12]
