The fresh green leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni (Fig. 1) were allowed to dry using direct sun light for about 5 days. The dried leaves were then blended to powder using a highspeed blender (25000/min). The powder samples were stored in polyethylene bagsat 4° Cuntil used (Gasmallaetal. 2014).
