As discussed today, please try and check if we can get the same excel report data (that you print daily for K. Laddawan) from directly exporting data from the ticketing system.
If we can do that, it will save us time in the process, avoiding repeated (2x) key in processes.
Let me know, in any case wich data can not be retrieved this way.
I believe this can be done.
Otherwise we might find how to solve it, by adding the necessary fields to the ticket system.
