I think it is extremely unfair that you still wish to charge us to cancel when the British Embassy has advised us to avoid tourist areas and stay within our hotels.
Therefore that means that we should not travel to Bangkok and put ourselves as risk during this time. I am sad that I cannot travel but unfortunately this is out of my control and I would have thought that as a 5* hotel you would understand this. Instead you are happy to charge us the full price, as we are concerned for our safety! This is shockingly bad customer service
