Further to our recent discussions, I confirm that the HR Department will in future notify the HSSE Department of all CK/BMCL PLC4 new starters who will be required to access the Project Site Works Areas in order that Personal Protective Equipment can be ordered and issued and that the appropriate Health & Safety Induction Training can be arranged. Khun Sopa will forward to you the details of all BMCL new starters so that all new starters’ notifications and records will be sent from and kept at, one source.
The information initially required is: Name, Position/Job Title, Originating Company (CK or BMCL), Telephone Number, Email Address and Shoe Size.
Please forward the new starter information to me as soon as practicable, e.g. four-weeks prior to starting, as it is required that all PLC4 personnel have Project standard PPE and have attended Health & Safety Induction Training before accessing any Site Works Areas. Please note that the time from order to delivery of safety footwear is around two-weeks.
