• Male / Female , Age 30-40 Years old.
• Bechelor’s Degree or higher in Human Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience preferable in management level.
• Establish and implent HR procedure is required
• Familiarity with Company policies and guidelines is required .
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Ability to make rational , realistic decisions using good reasoning and sound judgment is required
• Must be able to collaborate and communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities.
• Understanding of Discretion and Confidentility is required.
• Strong knowledge of employment related regurations is required.
• Be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines .
• Abillity to build a team , handle multiple tasks in fast-moving and dynamic .
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with a strong employee advocacy orientation is required.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Travel required as needed
