2010 Network Operation Center : Postsales - Provide internet services about Internet Solutions for customers. - Provide rack for customers in data center. - Co-ordinate and Support Sales for problem from customers. - Monitoring traffic and status link for customers. - Involve in project implementation with partner and customers. - Design and implementation internet services for customers. - Troubleshoots problems with wan infrastructure, including routers,switches, firewalls and make corrective actions when necessary. - Monitors network traffic to identify problems and make capacity planning recommendations with the help of NMS and monitoring tools. - Routing protocols and routing table configuration assignment. - Maintenance of network facilities for services customers in data center. 2011 Technical Sales Support : Presales - Responsibility for the delivery of the technical architectural design, strategies, and Plans that will be delivered to customers. - Responsibility for the delivery of product/ solution presentation to technical and management personal - Provide technical assistance to apply and demonstrate Network Solutions - Conduct technical Proof of Concept (PoC) at client location if required - Install all new network hardware (Cisco Router/Switch, Mikrotik Routerboard, Draytek Vigor) - Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices. - Plans and supports network infrastructure. - Perform troubleshooting analysis of network - Manage document network configurations and network problems for future reference.
