Re: EF High School Exchange Year Program Acceptance
To Whom it may concern
We would like to inform that Ms. Nutcha Ketmanee, Grade 10 has successfully passed the exam for EF High School Exchange Year Program with the score of ELTiS test 222/300 and has been accepted to join our program to study in the United States of America for this coming academic year, 2015.
Consequently, we would like to ask for your permission for the above student to be absent from school for 1 academic year from August 2015 to June 2016. Once we have a confirmation from host family and school in the host country, we will inform you again for the exact date of absence.
EF High School Exchange Year Program has been established in Thailand for 20 years and EF Foundation for Foreign Study, a non-profit organization, itself has been founded since 1979. EF high school exchange year is a program dedicated to the promotion of international understanding through cultural exchange. Teenagers travel to another country, live with a host family and enroll in a local high school. During their year abroad, students are supported by our network of over 1,000 dedicated EF staffs that provide assistance before, during and after the program. Our objectives are based on the philosophy that once people have the chance to learn from each other and try to understand the languages and culture of others, long-lasting and peaceful relationships between nations can be possible.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your kind support and assistance to our program. Should you need more information, please feel free to contact the program coordinators directly at 02-664-9962-5 during our office hours, Monday to Friday
