We will start having a monthly meeting with the attendees being Senior Managers and above. The agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting and any points you wish added to the agenda you can advise Khun Sakuna by sending her a separate email.
It’s obvious that with the nature of our work that not all will be able to attend, and these meetings were held when at Crawford where they basically became a waste of time as Khun Sudarat would talk and Khun Patipan would then sit and debate irrelevant issues, and Khun Sompong and Khun Sunya would say nothing.
Hence, the monthly meeting will be there for issues to be raised in order we know what they are and then take the appropriate action required. I do expect you all to use the time efficiently with issues being raised that are relevant, and for you all to participate by being vocal when we meet.
As we have the staff party and I expect that all will be attending, such that I propose having January’s meeting starting at 3pm on Friday 22nd January 2016 in the big meeting room.
