This picture shows the red brown rice gruel in glass bottle for 9 conditions. We selected the condition at partially cooked rice to water 20: 145 and 20:150 at degree of cooking for 5 minute to conduce to produce the red brown rice gruel made from fresh-age rice 
As at partially cooked rice to water 20:140 and 20: 150 at degree of cooking for 10 and 15 minute the gruel has stickiness, agglomerate and be soft, which is unappetizing.
