A requestor invokes IIS to discover information with a
sequence of parameters specifying information. When IIS
accepts a discovery request, IIS will look up its store of metainformation,
as a result, it response requestor with a URL
pointing to an IIDL document or a fault number representing
nothing founded. The IIDL document is the description
document of the information, and contains all meta-information
to IIS for gathering and generating the target information

Two-level registry in Loglo can delete the meta-information
about the obsolete information automatically, which is
implemented by collaborating of LR and GR. Reference [14]

Provider
The provider of information is a basic component in Loglo,
and consists of an IIS, several IIDL documents and some
drivers used to extract the information from the original source
located in local node. IIS can be invoked by any user in Loglo,
response to a user’s request with the information in REML and
a fault number to requestor

To get a piece of information, requestor must identify the
URL of the IIDL document describing that piece of
information. The process to get the information from
information provider shows in Figure 3
