While we were discussing the mortgage details, you mentioned to Bua that you would continue as our handler throughout the mortgage period and arrange a few things on our behalf with UOB, such as credit cards and etc. What is the status of this?
 
Can you please arrange so our internet access and password are reset urgently, and we can select our own login and password details again, to all our accounts and sent to us via email.
 
Our bank book is totally out of date, and we never keep it up to date as I deal with all banking online and with electronic statements, so can you please arrange for that to apply to all our accounts and the mortgage. 
 
Also, we deal with other banks at the Asoke junction on Sukhumvit, so can you please advice who in the Sukhumvit Soi 25 branch is fluent in English.
 
Can you please arrange a direct debit from our joint account at UOB to pay the mortgage every month, as we are not visiting a branch each month to pay.
