This morphology of SSA-PAni was further confirmed by TEM
(Fig. S3, Supporting Information) and AFM (Fig. S4, Supporting
Information) analysis. TEM analysis also indicates towards the
formation of aggregated nanoparticles. AFM line analysis on the
sample surface gives the height profile of some individual as well
as aggregated particles. Based on these data, the average globular
size of the SSA-PAni particles can be estimated to 40 - 60 nm.
