I talked about our rate of operation in today's Factory Meeting.
It is an overtime work refusal problem occurrence of Union in November.
The measures employed eight temporary employees.
Thus, Direct worker becomes 40+8 = 48.
Therefore I investigated our future rate of operation.

The result is about -2hour from December to March.
In other words, only 6H/day is that there is not work even if Direct worker commits 8H/day.
In future as rate of operation measures,
Improvement by the training should consider 5S activity, safe activity, an improvement activity, a versatile worker.
In addition, I do not supplement it even if Direct worker retires.
