I have received service from an employee that is the customer service representative named Ms. Linlapat Chiyapat of Toyota Mahasalakham company but her behave in a manner that don't respect the customer. When I ask her about the detail of the car that I interested, but she answers my question by impolite. I am a customer with Toyota Mahasalakham for a long time and I have expected to receive a much higher level of service from your company, but she don't take care me in a suitable way like the customer, I am quite disappointed.
