Moreover, they also providing the intensive rewards for the workers who performed better in the task or brought the company strive to grow and develop sharply such as bonuses, high salaries, increase position and others.
4.Controlling: Miss Kulthida pay a lot of attention in measuring the employee’s performances whether interacted with the organization’s goal or not. The company has decided to provide various training programs which the workers each function will trained by the head of each function. The heads also been trained by her or her father before going to train the workers in their influenced. If any mistakes occur in outcomes or performances, she will take corrective actions by identifying the cause of the problems and resolve immediately.
