As Smiling Faces is a trusted partner of the IND, we signed a contract that we and our agents are following the
guidelines stated in the Bonapa, IAPA and IND regulations. Therefore every cooperating partner/ agent has to sign a
Declaration of good recruitment. This document can be found on the e-recruitment system as the last step in
approving the candidates.
Once the agent has approved the whole process, Smiling Faces will receive a notification on its back office to notify
there is a new candidate registered in the e-recruitment system. Smiling Faces will send the candidate a
psychometric test login code via email. This is the personality test that needs to be done by the candidate within two
days. The result of the test will be analyzed by using the NEO Big 5 theory, the most common used theory in
analyzing a personality of an individual. The matched personality between au pair and host family is the key to a
successful year!!
If there is an incorrect or missing document found by the recruitment staff of Smiling Faces, they will notify the agent
and will not accept the candidates until the file is correct and complete. The agent is expected to complete and
correct the information within 2 days.
