2.2 List and description of services to be provided by the contractor performance in detail
• Film may be published fully on the Internet by BGR
• All filmed persons (for children the legal representative) should ultimately be to agree that they appear in the film.
• This can best be ensured with a written consent before shooting signed by each person.
• Only music can be used that is in Germany GEMA-free, for each piece of music used in the film BGR need a written license.
• The film crew and people appearing in the film should be familiar with the relevant health and safety rules and follow them (use helmets etc.)
• The end product should include all rights to free further use:
- The final film in high resolution (HD 1080i) as a file.
- If required to master Blu-ray and DVD (without copy protection).
- YouTube Version: HD Codec H.264 (.mp4).
- Additional desired formats
• The final film as an international version for revising (without graphics with text and without narration). Thus, different language versions of the film can be easily created relative in retrospect.
• All raw film materials. BGR will archive the raw material.
• Desirable: Cut version including footage, in order to be able to change without quality loss if needed (however, the film must, have been edited in Adobe Premiere CS6 6+ + or Avid Media Composer)
• Presentation of the draft movie at DOM and
• Review of the movie if any comments given by the client.
