IMPRESSION
- Complete tear of supraspinatus tendon with retracted torn tendon edge above medial humeral head. Infraspinatus tendinosis with irregular tear & fraying of upper distal tendon. There is mild secondary elevation of humeral head, SASD bursitis communicating with joint effusion, degenerative change at greater tuberosity and moderate atrophy of supraspinatus muscle.
- Type II, acromian process without gross spur.
- AC arthritis without supraspinatus impingement.
- Chronic complete tear of subscapularis tendon with retracted torn proximal tendon edge anterior to GH joint. There is moderately severe atrophy of subscapularis muscle.
- There is modest amount of joint effusion with SLAP lesion.
- Medial dislocation of long head biceps tendon with complete tear of tendon at approximately inferior humeral head level.
- No occult fracture or marrow edema.
