13. Waiver
13.1 Should the Company waive breach of any provision of this Agreement, the Work Rules & Regulations or the Code of Conduct by the Employee, such waiver shall not operate or be construed as waiver of further breach by the Employee.
13.2 No evidence of any waiver shall be offered or received as evidence in any proceeding, arbitration or litigation between the parties arising out of or affecting this Agreement, or the rights or obligations of any party hereunder, unless such waiver is in writing, duly executed as aforesaid.
