If the period during which an Event of Force Majeure under this Contract continues is more than ninety (120) consecutive Days or if the aggregate period during which one or more Events of Force Majeure under this Contract continues is more than one hundred eight (180) Days after written Notice of the Event of Force Majeure is given under this Contract and as a result of such Event(s) of Force Majeure under this Contract, it is impossible or commercially unreasonable for Contractor or Subcontractor to proceed with material portions of the Work, either Party may terminate this Contract by giving the other Party at least thirty (30) Days' prior Notice of such termination, provided that if such Event(s) of Force Majeure under this Contract cease to exist during such thirty (30) Day Notice period, then such termination Notice shall be automatically rescinded and shall be of no further effect.
