Conclusions
By using bare glassy carbon electrodes, an electroanalyt- ical approach is proposed and clearly exemplified for DA determination. The electro-generated nucleophilic addition reactions between o-DQ and ABSA resulted in a well- defined reduction response, which can be used as a voltam- metric detection signal for DA. Excellent analytical fea- tures, including high sensitivity, low detection limit and satisfactory dynamic range, are achieved, using flow-injec- tion amperometry with a series dual-electrode system.
