The method had a practical application to real samples. It was
useful for routine analysis and allowed to process up to 20 samples
per day. Furthermore it allowed the simultaneous detection of red
and yellow dyes in solid matrices and red, yellow and blue dyes in
beverages in a single extraction and chromatographic run. The
method showed good linearity, repeatability and reproducibility
parameters considering the heterogeneity of analyzed matrices and
the large number of analytes.
