This module explores a number of possible business scenarios that can leverage the default sales management functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is important to note that no two businesses are the same. Even businesses that reside within the same industry might have different terminology that they use or how they refer to particular business concepts. Moreover, it is important to remember that Microsoft Dynamics CRM is only a tool that helps facilitate an organization's customer relationship management strategy.
