This should be easy to handle and I know you will. Now, my long statement of staying in Dusit HH in the past 3 days. Follow me please, Everytime coming to Dusit Hua Hin, it is a home coming to us. We call Dusit our "Home" already. we know the structure & people so well and seeing them as our family too. Rodjana always performs a superb job when greeting us at the 1st step and see us off when we leave. Your staff treat us so well until we don't want to leave and I just cannot ask for more. Free smilings are all over the place, this is your strength. Since you have such a friendly staff, I always have a conversation with many of them and this time I had a conversation with one of the senior staff at the front door. This time I learned that he has been working with Dusit HH for more than 25 years. one thing that touched me, he told me that one of his kids is at Thammasart University. I can easily conclude that this is a home not only to me, to many of your staff as well. He has been happily working with Dusit, works his way and still manage to put his kid in one of the best university. Once your staff is happy, your staff will perform and performing so good until Dusit is the best in HH. I think this is a differentiate between the good and the best. I am not writing this to please mgt or anybody. I am writing this because I feel like and just want to express a sincear appreciation to all of you. Job well done,
