I’ve looked into this for you, and can see that your order was cancelled due to a stock availability issue. Although our website is updated frequently it doesn’t show real time stock.
When this usually happens, you are able to select the item that is out of stock and place it in your basket. It is only when you complete the checkout process that you find the item no longer in stock.
I can see that your refund was processed on the 14-09-16, and the funds should now be showing in your account. I understand how disappointing this can be and would like to offer my sincerest of apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused
