Dear CEC Members,
From the Meeting this morning, can I summarize what we agree for protocol of CEC Meeting from now on as follows:-
1. The agenda should be booked in advance during the week not later than Thursday
2. Any issue submitted to CEC should obtain consent/ endorsement from Chief in charge via email.
3. The cut-off time for uploading presentation into SharePoint is 14.00 p.m. on Friday. Any paper submitted later than 14.00 p.m. will be cut from the agenda. The exception for late submission will be allowed for recurring issues on Monthly Preliminary Financial Result, Deposit Tracking and Segment Performance Review.
4. Presentation format should follow the bank's standard presentation template which is available in Mini Site of Corporate Governance, In Fah Net.
