The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the attitude towards the use of the Internet and its cognitive, emotional and behavioral components. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the scale of the attitude towards the Internet of a random sample of students (n = 216) at Teachers College at King Saud University. The most important result of the study is the attitude that students have towards the positive use of the Internet. The uses of the Internet involve educational and cultural purposes, leisure and
entertainment as well as purchasing purposes. Besides, there is the existence of significant differences at the level (0.01) between high and low Internet users in the general attitude towards the Internet in favor of the high users of the Internet.
