Credit Card Marketing Specialist
Job Description
• Develop and implement sales promotion strategise for card business expansion and maintain existing customers analyze and improve usage program to increase credit card spending and enhance product value proposition & customers’ loyalty
• Responsible to operate, deal and create promotion activities of customers for encouraging credit card holder to make a payment at bank’s customer such as; explore 0% interest feature etc.
• Coordinate with branches and related departments to establish relationship with key business partners also handle customers’ problems to ensure programs and processes are executed effectively and efficiently
• Manage marketing campaign budgets, income and expenses control also cooperate with marketing communication team to create marketing material such as; broucher, leaflet etc.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in credit card marketing
• Good interpersonal and organizational skill are required
• Self-motivated, proactive and innovative
• Male must be exempt from military service
Required skills :
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with creative thinking
• Good in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
