In the future, If this situation happen again – We could mention that Nestle Call Center got the call from customers in ……area……. on ……date…... They complaint about the taste of our ice-cream which deviate from their experience. So…….we investigate and found that the available ice-cream in freezer under Movenpick Brand is not the real Movenpick ice-cream as they expected…..
The above message that we send to them is softer and come from consumer view not Nestle will. They can imply the 2 ways.
1. Chef will think – His homemade ice-cream is lousy.
2. Mgm team will think about power of the brand of MoS.
Both are good for us. They may order more flavor from us.
Withdrawal freezer overnight will be the last measure we used. Please turn the crisis to be an opportunity.
I don’t what she talked to Chef Don via phone. May be smarter than my suggest. Please share.
