Conclusions Conductive paper sheets were successfully synthesized in thepresence of polyaniline (PANI), polystyrene (PS), and sliver nitrate(AgNO3) with different concentrations during oxidative polymer-ization reaction of aniline monomer. The prepared paper sheetswere evaluated by SEM, XRD and IR, the mechanical properties ofthe prepared paper sheets were evaluated and showed an improve-ment by added PS and Ag-NPs compare by blank paper sheet.Additionally, the electrical conductivity of the paper sheet wasenhanced by addition of PANI and Ag-NPs. Moreover, the biologicalstudies (such as cellulases assay, microorganism and culture con-dition and detection of the released Ag-NPs) were evaluated for theprepared paper sheets and displayed good antibacterial propertiesagainst gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Consequently, the prepared paper sheet can be used as packaging materials.
