Regarding the promotion issue, most of the case will be start from 00:00 and that time Supervisor is gone, however our contact center agent facing this issue on 03:00 AM and that time can we call to IT to solve the problem? If you allow us to call, we will do that process.
However, to prevent the case of promotion repeat like this, could you please test the system before starting date, we always face this kind of problem and find nothing improve. Please understand us who always contact and get customers complain.
