Guys, as you know I will be in Chaing mai next week. I am contactable by phone if you need me, but e mail I will be late to respond to.
Should Big C through K Neil have any issues he will contact K Brian and in turn K Brian will contact K Shin (097 0648 755 ) during the day or K James ( (084 1458 816) in the afternoon. What ever the issue take it from K Brain and ensure you respond back asap.
Focus for next week: #1. Cube fill. Any decision on loading is based on the cube fill. Only 6 wheel trucks can go based on weight, but not more than 3 trucks per store on any day. If no enough volume don’t deliver, however you must deliver after 3 days. This will keep your O/S down to good level. Work with transport here and WNDC to send trucks to Isean ( North East) area via WNDC to consolidate loads. We have made great progress with cube and need this to remain.
#2. Accuracy. Keep monitoring and checking this every shift and every day. Why the errors and what we do to help the staff get better.
No overtime allowed, and if you do authorize you must get a productive result. We have very few loads of late, so no need loaders to do o/t. We have 14 load teams per shift and with an average of 100 trucks per day is only 5 per hour. So dispatch can manage without o/t. All volumes are expected to be less than 150k per day, so no need receiving or distribution. Any staff who leave will not be replaced, except for 2 staff K Kalsuda is bringing on board now.
Advise the staff with no volumes that no o/t, as they will be concerned. If you tell them they may be ok for 2 months.
Starbucks may ask for staff to assist again next week. If so send some along with 2 supervisors , no MHE drivers.
Guys keep working on the relayout plan, it looks good.
Remember, you are a strong unit together, and you can do. If you need advise call either K Brian or because language is difficult, call K Jeab or me. Manage, don’t follow. Big C focus will be BTS and costs.
