According to a research by the Social
Enter-prise Alliance Malaysia (SEA Malaysia,
2014) social enterprises in Malaysia focus
on these areas of impact: culture, disabled,
youth, delinquents, and human rights.
In terms of distribution of focus, 30% of
Malaysian social enterprises or entrepreneurs
are from culture or fashion industry,
20% entertainment, 20% event (youth), 10%
food and art, 10% auto and 10% from consulting
or research (human right).
