I would like to inform you about today we've meeting with KBK. team include with K'Phaphon, K'Sajeerat and K'Surachat about process for confirm delivery date to CPIM. , because we've made a monthly evaluation about delivery date on time from every supplier must have meet to target 100% , But KBK can't support and meet to our target and it affected to our production plan.
So after finished meeting, we have a conditions and process as below detail.
1. CPIM send official PO. to KBK. by email (attached PO. by scan file)
1.1 First step : KBK must "Reply email to CPIM" within 24 hours after received PO. for make sure that KBK have received email from CPIM.
1.2 Second step : KBK must send "Deliver date confirmed" within 3 days after received PO. (normally every supplier must confirm within 24 hour., but now we're during implement for this process. So in the future we hope that KBK will can improve and confirm early 3 days or 1 day)
2. KBK. must send "The purchase requisition" for order steel material to CPIM. before delivery date request 15 days. and in the purchase requisition must have document for support as below.
2.1 Purchase requisition (ใบขอซื้อ ประกอบด้วย รายการที่ขอซื้อ, จำนวน, วันที่ต้องการ, และชื่อสินค้าที่จะนำไปผลิต)
2.2 PO's CPIM (ใบสั่งซื้อของ CPIM ฉบับ Coppy)
2.3 Standard Bill of material / Part. (BOM.)
2.4 Master production scheduling. (MPS.)
3. CPIM must follow and manage purchasing process and then send email for confirm delivery date to KBK.
4. KBK must "Reply email to CPIM" within 24 hours. after received email. for make sure that KBK have received this email and prepare document for issue steel material from warehouse's CPIM.
5. KBK need to deliver part to us 1 lot / day (morning or afternoon), but they can follow this process when they can deliver part early 7 days before delivery date request from CPIM only. If they have backlog and delay order they must deliver part 2 lot / day (Morning and afternoon)
6. Key person that KBK has set up for support information to CPIM as below.
1. Planning and production department
- Contact directly to K'Phaphon (Gen. manager), K'Sajeerat (K'Pang, planner) and K' Surachat (K'Mon, store)
2. Quality department.
- Contact directly to K'Bew (QC) and K'Pang
3. Marketing department.
- Contact directly to K'Khampon (K'Do)
Therefore we will start this process within next week and then we will evaluate performance of KBK for present in the monthly meeting ISO.
