It was shown that available P and N were significantly greater in the first harvest at 15 days after planting (DAP) compared with 30 and 45 DAP, which indicated that the impact of inoculants on nutrient uptake could depend on time or the stage of growth of the plant. Similarly, Adesemoye et al. (2009) observed that time of sampling, i.e., the plant's stage of growth, significantly impacted on the effectiveness of the inoculants.
